Rob Parrish is a corporate development executive with more than 30 years of experience in capital raising, real estate, and strategic partnerships. His career includes advising the City of Nashville on the Houston Oilers' relocation to become the Tennessee Titans, holding a Series 7 securities license with Merrill Lynch and Equitable Securities, and raising several hundred million dollars from high-net-worth investors across more than 50 joint ventures. A licensed real estate professional for nearly 40 years, Rob also has experience in commercial real estate brokerage. A Nashville native, he was appointed to the Metro Sports Authority Board by Tennessee Governor Bill Lee.

Tom Broughton is a seasoned business executive and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of commercial banking experience and extensive leadership experience in corporate finance, operations, and business development. As President of Cygnal, he oversaw operations across Cygnal, The Decision Co., and Response, helping quadruple revenue, more than triple the workforce, and earn recognition on the Inc. 5000 list. As founder of Scale or Sell, Tom advises business owners on financial strategy, operational efficiency, and mergers and acquisitions. His experience in banking, business growth, and transaction advisory brings a practical perspective to evaluating investments, strengthening operations, and creating long-term enterprise value.

John Cascarano is an attorney, entrepreneur, and business founder with experience spanning commercial real estate, brand development, and business operations. He has founded or co-founded multiple companies and served in leadership roles ranging from CEO to legal counsel. Earlier in his career, John practiced commercial real estate law at an AmLaw 100 firm, developing expertise in complex transactions and corporate matters. He holds a BA in English from Duke University and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School. Licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Georgia, John is active in Nashville's Entrepreneurs' Organization.

Zackry Cooper is a real estate finance and capital markets professional with more than 25 years of experience in mortgage lending, debt structuring, and real estate investment. He has held leadership roles at American Pacific Mortgage, Preferred Rate, and Team Cooper Mortgage Group, where he developed expertise in financing solutions and building relationships with borrowers and investors. As founder of Curated Capital, Zackry specializes in arranging debt and structured financing for real estate operators, working with an extensive network of institutional and private lenders. With more than $1 billion in lending experience, he brings expertise in capital formation, investment structuring, and financing strategies that support long-term asset performance.

Nathan Stoops is a real estate investor, developer, and builder with extensive experience in residential construction, land development, and real estate investment across Middle Tennessee and Northern Alabama. Since entering the Nashville market in 2019, he has participated in dozens of new construction projects as a builder partner, managing partner, and limited partner. As former Chief Business Officer of a boutique construction company, Nathan led the acquisition and financing of more than $50 million in new construction development during its first two years of growth. Today, he serves as managing partner, overseeing a nine-figure portfolio of new-construction and land-development projects.
